Both athletes must register as a team and compete in the same division. Movement standards, station details, heat times, and additional competition information will be provided before the event.

Registration includes event participation, athlete shirt, and eligibility for awards or medals based on division placement.

Registration and Refund Policy

All registration fees are final and nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, travel issues, failure to attend, or inability to participate.

Athlete substitutions or team changes may be permitted until the published registration deadline and must be approved by CrossFit Edwardsville. Shirt sizes and availability cannot be guaranteed for substitutions or changes submitted after the apparel deadline.

In the event the competition is canceled by CrossFit Edwardsville, registered athletes will receive information regarding available refund, credit, or rescheduling options.

By registering, each athlete acknowledges that participation involves strenuous physical activity and agrees to complete all required waivers and event documents before competing.
